TOOLS YOU WILL NEED: Large plastic bag that can be securely closed, small bowl, measuring cup & spoon, knife & cutting board. INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine last 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Place beef in a food-safe plastic bag, add marinade & close the bag with a tie. Turn bag to coat the meat. Refrigerate the meat at least 6 hours, turning several times, overnight if possible. Remove the steak & discard marinade. Place steak on a grill over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill covered 25-28 minutes for medium rare, turning occasionally. Remove from the grill & let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice in thin slices & serve. SERVINGS: 6 to 8 SERVING TIPS: Instead of using the outdoor grill you can broil the steak on a rack in a broiler pan, 3 to 4 inches from heat 27 to 29 minutes for medium rare, turning once.
