INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Butter one side of each slice of bread & spread cream cheese on the other side of each slice of bread. Heat a skillet to medium heat & place one slice in the skillet, butter side down, top with ham then pineapple, top with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, using a spatula turn the sandwich over & cook the other side until golden, pressing down once to hold the sandwich together. Serve warm. SERVINGS: 1 TIME: 15 minutes SERVING TIPS: Use deli-style ham or left-over holiday ham. Also good with left-over pork loin. GRILLED HAM SANDWICH |
