GRILLED HALIBUT

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 halibut steaks, about 8 oz each
bullet3 Tbsp finely chopped ginger root
bullet6 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
bullet2 Tbsp light soy sauce
bullet1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
bullet2 Tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
bullet1 Tbsp sesame oil
bullet1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro

DIRECTIONS:  Puree ginger, onion, soy sauce, rice wine & sesame oil in a food processor.  Spread evenly over the fish & marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.  Grill or broil 5-8 minutes per side, depending upon thickness, do not over cook.  Garnish with chopped cilantro.
