INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Bring broth & water to a boil, add both forms of rice & return to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is tender & liquid is absorbed. Sauté onion, celery & apple in butter then add the sage & pepper, simmer a couple minutes then add the rice & grapes. Adjust seasoning. Mix well & simmer 1 minute. Place stuffing into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, cover & bake in a 350 F oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. SERVINGS: 4 GRAPE & WILD RICE STUFFING |
