VOTE AT THESE COOKING WEB RINGS
INGREDIENTS:
 | 3-4 oz thinly sliced roast beef |
| 5-6 strips of roasted green & red bell peppers or 1 roasted Anaheim chili, seeded & cut into strips |
| About 2 oz thinly sliced Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1 or 2 red leaf lettuce leaves |
| Sliced tomato to taste |
| Mayonnaise |
| 2 thick slices sourdough bread, toasted |
DIRECTIONS: Spread both slices of bread with mayonnaise & top with rest of ingredients, serve with ice tea.
SERVINGS: 1 TIME: 10 minutes
