GAZPACHO SOUP (GREEN) INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Boil or grill sausage until cooked then slice into thin rings & place on paper towel to drain excess fat & cool. Combine onion, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, grapes, cilantro, lime juice, pepper sauce & salt in food processor. Process just enough to combine but still a bit chunky. Pour in white grape juice & continue to process long enough to blend. Pour into large bowl, cover & refrigerate until cold. When ready to serve top individual bowls with sausage, extra grapes & celery leaf's. SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 30 minutes plus chill time SERVING TIPS: Good additions include finely chopped jalapeno peppers & top with sour cream. French bread or rolls are almost essential.
