INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Butter a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Mix granulated sugar & cocoa in 2-quart sauce pan. Stir in margarine, milk & syrup. Heat to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil & stir 1 minute & remove from heat. Cool without stirring until bottom of pan is lukewarm, about 45 minutes. Stir in nuts & vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar until mixture is very stiff. Press in pan. Refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes. SERVINGS: about 30 1-inch squares FUDGE |
