FRUIT SALAD 2

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Cutting board, kitchen knife, measuring cup, large bowl & plastic wrap to cover.

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1/2 cup orange juice
bullet1 cup seedless grapes
bullet1 orange, peeled, sliced & quartered
bullet1 banana, peeled & sliced
bullet1 peach, pitted & cubed
bullet1 nectarine, pitted & cubed

DIRECTIONS:  Pour juice over fruit & refrigerate covered until cold, stirring to completely coat banana as well as the rest of the fruit.

SERVINGS:  4

SERVING TIPS:  Divide to 4 servings, top with vanilla yogurt & finely chopped walnuts, if desired.  If using in a Lunch Bag place in salable plastic containers & keep cold, see PACKING A LUNCH.
