DIRECTIONS: Butter a microwave-safe custard cup (sides & bottom). Break eggs into the cups. Add salt & pepper. With a toothpick carefully puncture membrane around the yolk. Cover the cup with plastic wrap & cook on low 4 minutes until eggs are almost cooked, eggs will finish cooking as you let them stand in the microwave for 1 minute. SERVINGS: 1 FRIED EGGS (MICROWAVE) |
