FISH TACOS INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Season fish with salt, pepper & lime juice. Heat oil in a large skillet & sauté onions for 1 minute. Add fish & sauté until cooked, about 3 minutes. Stir in chilies. Serve in bowls with fish mixture, salsa & watercress so everyone can build there own tacos. SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 20 minutes SERVING TIPS: Try adding shredded lettuce before the salsa & maybe add some cumin to the fish & lime juice. FISH TACOS |
