EARTHQUAKE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 cup finely chopped walnuts
bullet3 1/2 oz flaked coconut
bullet1 German chocolate cake mix with required ingredients
bullet1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
bullet8 oz cream cheese, softened
bullet1 LB icing sugar (powdered)

DIRECTIONS:  Prepare cake batter according to directions on the package.  Spread nuts & coconut in the bottom of your cake pan, pour the batter over them.  In a bowl combine butter, cream cheese & sugar blending until smooth.  Spoon icing over un-baked batter.  Bake in a 350 F preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.  Cake will be sticky, even in the center.  Icing will sink as it cooks forming a white ribbon inside.
