DOGS IN A TUX +/-

INGREDIENTS:

bullet10 hot dogs
bullet10 wooden skewer sticks
bullet3 cups
bullet3 eggs
bullet1 cup milk
bulletoil for frying
bulletChoice of salsa or mustard

DIRECTIONS:  Insert a stick into the base of each hot dog.  Dry each dog well.  Mix Bisquick, egg & milk to form a thick batter.  Preheat electric fry pan with enough oil to cover most of the dogs (375 F (190.76 C)).  Dip each dog into the batter to completely cover & slowly place into hot oil, cooking about 3 at a time long enough to have a golden brown coating, about 3-4 minutes.  Drain on paper towel & continue to cook remaining dogs. 

SERVINGS:  10                           TIME:     20 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  Serve on a platter with your choice of salsa, hot or plain mustard, or what ever you prefer.  If you are going to take this for lunch tomorrow try refrigerating it overnight then bring to room temperature, warm using the microwave & pack in a thermoses that you have pre-warmed.
