DINNER ROLLS 2

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 loaves Bridgford® Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
bullet1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
bullet2 Tbsp minced onion
bullet1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
bullet1 Tbsp dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:  Lightly grease 2 9-inch metal baking pans.  Preheat oven to 375 F.  Divide each loaf into 12 equal pieces.  Place 12 pieces in each pan.  In a small bowl mix butter, onion & garlic.  In a separate bowl mix cheese with parsley.  Spoon butter mixture evenly over the rolls in both pans & evenly sprinkle cheese mixture over rolls.  Let dough rise until double in size.  Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove rolls from pans to cool on a wire rack.

SERVINGS:  24 rolls
