DESERT CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 roasting chicken, cleaned & cut up |
SEASONED RUB
| 1/4 cup chili powder |
| 2 tsp ground cumin |
| 2 tsp dried oregano |
| 2 tsp garlic powder |
| Salt & pepper to taste |
DIRECTIONS: Combine seasoned rub in a plastic bag mixing well. Shake each piece of chicken to coat well, then rub the seasoning into the meat. Grill or broil until cooked testing to insure chicken is properly done.
SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 40 minutes
