DEEP DISH PLUM PIE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 F (190.56 C). Combine plums, sugar, tapioca, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt in a bowl, mix well. Let sit 5 minutes then put into a 9" baking dish with 2" sides. Dot the top with butter & cover with the pie crust. Crimp edges to seal & poke the center with a fork to vent. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and plum mixture is cooked.
