CUCUMBER & HORSERADISH INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Lightly salt the cucumbers & refrigerate for 1 hour. Rinse the cucumber under cold water. Dry well with paper towel. Combine the yogurt, vinegar, horseradish & mayonnaise mixing well.
