TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Skewers, large container to soak skewers, kitchen knife,

 cutting board, measuring cup, measuring spoon, plastic wrap to cover while in the

 refrigerator, long handle BBQ tongs/spatula, large glass dish to marinade kabobs.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:  Soak skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes, longer if possible.

  Meanwhile, mix steak sauce, barbecue sauce & horseradish until well blended; set

 aside.  Thread steak strips & vegetables on each skewer.  Place kabobs in a glass

 dish; coat with the sauce mixture.  Cover & refrigerate 1 hour, turning occasionally.

  Grill 4 60 6 minutes or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally.  You can

 also cook in the broiler.
