INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 ears of fresh Corn |
 | 4 slices smoked bacon |
 | Pepper to taste |
 | Other seasoning, optional |
DIRECTIONS: See COOKING CORN ON THE COB.
Carefully fold back the husk & remove the silk. Wrap a slice of bacon
around each corn cob, add pepper or other seasoning fold back the husk,
then tie the tip with kitchen string. Cook:
 | GRILL: over medium-hot coals turning often,
until husk browns & bacon is cooked (bacon will not be crisp). |
 | MICROWAVE: on high 10-12 minutes or until
bacon is cooked (bacon will not be crisp). |
 | BAKED: at 375 F for about 25-30 minutes or
until bacon is cooked. |
SERVINGS: 4
SERVING TIPS: Add your favorite seasoning if
you like....paprika, chili powder, garlic powder or lightly bush with BBQ sauce.
