INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Carefully peel back the husk from the corn & remove the silk, butter & salt & pepper the corn. Fold back the husk & tie with kitchen string. Place corn in a large pot of ice water. Allow to soak in ice water at least 30 minutes, a couple hours if possible. Cook as follows: MICROWAVE: 4 ears for about 10 minutes, turning once or twice. BOIL: Bring the water to a boil, add corn cover & cook for 3-5 minutes. For sweet corn add 1 Tbsp sugar to the water. GRILL: Over medium-hot coals until husk are somewhat blackened turning often, about 15 minutes. STEAM: Covered for 8-10 minutes. BAKED: At 375 F for 30 minutes.
