CORNED BEEF CHOWDER

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 cup chopped onion
bullet1 Tbsp butter
bullet1 can (15 oz) corned beef hash
bullet1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, with liquid
bullet1 can (10 oz) cheddar cheese soup
bullet2 tsp mustard
bullet1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
bullet1 1/2 cups milk
bullet1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro

DIRECTIONS:  In a large saucepan cook onion in the butter, medium-high heat, until tender.  Stir in the hash, corn, coup, mustard & Worcestershire sauce.  Gradually blend in the milk.  Bring to a boil then reduce heat & simmer about 5 minutes, stirring often.  Stir in the parsley.  Serve hot.

SERVING TIPS:  Serve in BREAD BOWLS
