COACHELLA SLAW DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
bullet1/3 cup sugar
bullet1 clove garlic, minced 
bullet1/2 cup cider vinegar
bullet2 Tbsp juice from jar of pickled jalapeno chilies
bullet2 tsp Tabasco sauce
bullet1/2 tsp celery seeds
bullet2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
bullet2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
bullet1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS:  Combine ingredients whisking well to blend.  Refrigerate until ready to use, then remove from refrigerator and allow to return to room temperature, shake or whisk well before using.

SERVINGS:  about 1 cup

SERVING TIPS: Drizzle over slaw tossing to coat.  Note:  If you have dressing collect in the bottom of the salad bowl, you used to much.
