COACHELLA
SLAW DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste) |
 | 1/3 cup sugar |
 | 1 clove garlic, minced |
 | 1/2 cup cider vinegar |
 | 2 Tbsp juice from jar of pickled jalapeno chilies |
 | 2 tsp Tabasco sauce |
 | 1/2 tsp celery seeds |
 | 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard |
 | 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
 | 1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste) |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients
whisking well to blend. Refrigerate until ready to use, then remove from
refrigerator and allow to return to room temperature, shake or whisk well before
using.
SERVINGS: about 1 cup
SERVING TIPS: Drizzle over slaw tossing to
coat. Note: If you have dressing collect in the bottom of the salad
bowl, you used to much.
