COACHELLA
SLAW
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 medium head green cabbage, cored & shredded |
 | 2 carrots, peeled & grated |
 | 1 red bell pepper, seeded & thinly sliced |
 | 1 yellow (or green) bell pepper, seeded & thinly sliced |
 | 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped |
 | 2 Tbsp pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced |
 | 2-4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients, mixing
well. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hour. Just before serving mix well with
COACHELLA SLAW DRESSING.
SERVINGS:
8-10
TIME: 4 hours
SERVING TIPS: A hot.. summer day.. BBQ
style meal.. warm home made bread or rolls......
