INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro |
 | 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil |
 | 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded |
 | 1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese |
 | 2 Tbsp pine nuts |
 | 1 clove garlic |
 | 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
 | Buttermilk, as required |
DIRECTIONS: Combine dry ingredients in a
blender & process until finely chopped. Gradually add oil processing
until smooth. If mixture is to thick for your use add small amounts of
buttermilk to thin.
SERVINGS: 1 cup
