CILANTRO DRESSING
(I love this, found it in a newspaper & changed it a bit to my own taste)
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1/2 cup butter milk |
| 4 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced |
| 2-3 Tbsp sour cream |
| 3 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped |
| 1 (+) Tbsp Dijon style mustard |
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients in a jar & shake well to mix completely. When you are ready to use it remove from the refrigerator & bring to room temperature.
SERVINGS: about 3/4 cup
SERVING TIPS: Wonderful on salads & seafood.
