DIRECTIONS: Combine cheeses, cheddar cheese, chilies, onion, bell pepper & olives in a medium bowl. Spread 1/2 cup cheese mixture over each tortilla, roll up. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap & refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove & slice rolls into 3/4-inch pieces. Serve with salsa for dipping. SERVINGS: 24 SERVING TIPS: This recipe from Ortega® can be modified very easily; for a hot or spicy touch add some finely chopped jalapeno peppers, or try adding some shredded carrots; just play with it & have fun.
