CHILI 2

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 LB ground beef
bullet1 Pkg (1.25 oz) dry chili seasoning mix
bullet1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
bullet1 can (14.5 oz) Mexican style tomatoes
bullet1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
bullet1 can (7 oz) diced green chilies, drained
bullet1/2 onion, chopped fine
bulletGarnish, see below

DIRECTIONS:  Brown meat & onions in a large sauce pan, drain.  Add remaining ingredients & simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until meat is cooked & all ingredients are warm.  Serve with choice of garnish.

SERVINGS: 4                                TIME:  20 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  Use any or all of these items as a topping to your bowl of chili:  Chopped green onions; chopped fresh cilantro; shredded cheddar cheese; sour cream.
