CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 LB chicken wings, disjointed
bullet1/3 cup Dijon-style mustard
bullet1/3 cup cayenne pepper sauce, or to taste
bullet1/2 cup honey

DIRECTIONS:  Arrange wings on a broiler pan & broil 6 inches from heat for 30 minutes or until wings are fully cooked & crispy, turning frequently.  Remove & change heat to bake & set at 425 F.  Combine mustard, hot sauce & honey in a large bowl, add wings & toss to coat evenly.  Return to oven & bake up to 5 more minutes or until you reach the crispness desired.

SERVINGS:  4-6 or 10 appetizers            TIME:  40 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  Serve with toasted French bread & salad.
