INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Heat oil in a large skillet & cook chicken until browned. Add the onion & garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add salsa, basil & pepper. Heat to boil. Cover & cook on low heat 15 minutes or until chicken is done. SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 25-30 minutes SERVING TIPS: Serve over warm wild rice.
