CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

bullet3/4 cups mayonnaise
bullet5 green onions, thinly sliced
bullet8 oz can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
bullet4 tsp Dijon mustard
bullet1 tsp Worstershire sauce
bullet1 tsp salt
bullet6 drops Tabasco sauce
bullet4 cups diced cooked chicken
bullet1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese (more or less)
bulletl loaf French bread, long loaf
bullet1 cup parsley, coarsely chopped
bulletSliced green olives for garnish

DIRECTIONS:  Combine first 9 ingredients mixing well.  Cut bread loaf in half lengthwise (also cut bottom of each if necessary for them to side upright).  Spread mixture over each half loaf, top with cheese.  Bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.  Remove to a platter, top with parsley & green olives.  Slice each half loaf into 3 pieces.  Serve slightly warm.

SERVING:  6                               TIME:  20 minutes
