CHICKEN SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:

cups mayonnaise |

green onions, thinly sliced |

oz can water chestnuts, drained & chopped |

tsp Dijon mustard |
 | 1
tsp Worstershire sauce |
 | 1
tsp salt |
 | 6
drops Tabasco sauce |
 | 4
cups diced cooked chicken |
 | 1
cup shredded Monterey jack cheese (more or less) |

loaf French bread, long loaf |

cup parsley, coarsely chopped |
 | Sliced
green olives for garnish |
DIRECTIONS: Combine first 9 ingredients
mixing well. Cut bread loaf in half lengthwise (also cut bottom of each if
necessary for them to side upright). Spread mixture over each half loaf,
top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Remove
to a platter, top with parsley & green olives. Slice each half loaf
into 3 pieces. Serve slightly warm.
