CHICKEN CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 1/4 LB), pounded to 1/4" thick
bullet2 Tbsp sugar
bullet2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
bullet1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
bullet2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
bullet1 tsp salt
bullet1 tsp oil
bullet1/4 tsp pepper
bulletPumpernickel bread, warmed

DIRECTIONS:  Combine sugar, dill, mint, vinegar, salt oil & pepper mixing well.  Coat the chicken with the mixture & cook on the grill or broil 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear, turning only once. Serve with  MUSTARD SAUCE and warm pumpernickel bread.
