CHICKEN CUTLETS
INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 1/4 LB), pounded
to 1/4" thick |
 | 2 Tbsp sugar |
 | 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill |
 | 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves |
 | 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar |
 | 1 tsp salt |
 | 1 tsp oil |
 | 1/4 tsp pepper |
 | Pumpernickel bread, warmed |
DIRECTIONS: Combine sugar, dill, mint,
vinegar, salt oil & pepper mixing well. Coat the chicken with the
mixture & cook on the grill or broil 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear,
turning only once. Serve with MUSTARD SAUCE
and warm pumpernickel bread.
