CHERRY CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS:
DRESSING
DIRECTIONS: Drain cherries reserving 1/2 cup of juice for dressing. Add water to remaining juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Put into a large sauce pan with the chicken & cook about 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove the chicken & dice into small pieces. Combine with all chicken ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well, cover & chill at least 1 hour. To prepare dressing combine all ingredients into a bowl with a lid (or jar), shake well to mix, chill. To serve place salad on plates, add reserved cherries (garnish), add dressing to taste.
