CHERRIES JUBILEE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine sugar, liquor, corn starch, cherries & juice in a sauce pan, warm over medium heat, do not boil. Once well mixed & warm pour into a heat proof bowl. Place brandy in a long handle pan & warm slightly. Ignite the brandy with a match & pour over the Cherrie mixture & allow the flame to die naturally. Serve mixture over ice cream. SERVINGS: 4 TIME: 35 minutes CHERRIES JUBILEE
