CHERRIES JUBILEE

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 Tbsp sugar
bullet1 Tbsp corn starch
bullet1/2 cup brandy
bullet2 Tbsp cherry liquor
bullet15 oz can pitted unsweetened dark cherries, with juice

DIRECTIONS:  Combine sugar, liquor, corn starch, cherries & juice in a sauce pan, warm over medium heat, do not boil. Once well mixed & warm pour into a heat proof bowl.  Place brandy in a long handle pan & warm slightly.  Ignite the brandy with a match & pour over the Cherrie mixture & allow the flame to die naturally.  Serve mixture over ice cream.
