CHEESE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Heat butter in a sauce pan over low heat until melted. Stir in the mustard, flour, salt & pepper. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until smooth & bubbly. Remove from heat & stir in the milk then the cheese. Return to heat & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 1 minute. SERVINGS: About 1 cup TIME: 15 minutes CHEESE SAUCE |
