CHEESE OMELET

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Medium bowl, wire whisk, measuring cup & spoons, kitchen knife & cutting board, nonstick skillet & spatula.

INGREDIENTS:

bullet4 eggs
bullet4 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
bullet2 tsp water
bullet1 tsp dried herbs (salad herbs)
bullet1/4 tsp salt
bullet1/4 tsp pepper
bullet2 Tbsp butter
bullet2 oz grated greau or Swiss cheese, about 1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS:  Break eggs in bowl then add 2 Tbsp of parsley, water, herbs then blend.  Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet & pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet.  Cook until eggs are set in the center, tilting the pan so that excess runs to the sides & underneath to cook.  Top half of the omlet with half of the cheese & fold the other half over the cheese.  Remove to a plate & repeat the process with the remaining half of egg mixture.  Top each with remaining parsley.
