INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Using a 2 cup microwave safe bowl, combine onion, oil & ginger; microwave uncovered on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until the onions are tender. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch & water stirring until smooth. Add the broth, soy sauce, vinegar & cayenne; mix well. Stir into the onion mixture. Microwave uncovered at 70-percent power for 3-4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until sauce comes to a boil. Put fish in a microwave safe 3 quart dish; pour sauce over the fish. Cover & microwave on high 3 1/2 to 7 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork. If using fillets cook time will be significantly less.
