CARROT SALAD INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Place the garlic & parsley in a food processor & chop. Add the carrots, lemon & orange juice, oil, salt & pepper & process until the carrots are well chopped but not pureed. Adjust seasonings & serve. SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 20 minutes SERVING TIPS: Add grated celery root, if desired. Use radish slices and/or orange slices as garnish. CARROT SALAD
