INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Melt butter in a large, iron skillet over medium heat, add oil & onions. Stir to coat the onions & cover. Cook 5 minutes or until onions begin to become translucent. Stir in salt, pepper & sugar & cook uncovered another 8-10 minutes until onions are golden brown. Add the vinegar & stir scraping up any bits on the bottom of the pan. Serve warm.
