CARAMELIZED ONIONS INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine onions, butter, salt & pepper in a heavy sauté pan & cook over low heat, stirring often. After 10 minutes onions will begin to turn golden brown. Add thyme & rosemary to the onion & cook 15-20 minutes more or until onions are translucent, tender & golden brown. Cool on a sheet pan in refrigerator then place in airtight container, store in refrigerator until ready to use (up to 4 days). To reheat warm in sauté pan over medium-low heat, do not over cook.
