CAJUN POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 LB baking potatoes
bullet2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
bullet2 tsp canola oil
bullet1/2 tsp garlic powder
bullet1/2 tsp onion powder
bullet1/2 tsp ground red pepper
bullet1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
bullet1/4 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS:  Preheat oven to 400 F (204.44 C).  Peel & cut potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges.  Toss potatoes with parsley, oil, garlic & onion powder, red pepper, thyme & black pepper to evenly coat. Place on a un-greased baking pan & bake 50 minutes, turning wedges halfway through cooking.  Serve warm.
