CABBAGE JICAMA SLAW +/- INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine shredded cabbage & jicama in a bowl. To mix the dressing combine the scallions, lemon juice, salt & pepper & sour cream. Mix well. Initially combine about half the dressing with cabbage & jicama. Add more dressing to taste. SERVINGS: 6 TIME: 20 min SERVING TIPS: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 of dressing with slaw, cover & refrigerate until ready to serve, then add additional dressing to taste just before serving. CABBAGE JICAMA SLAW
