BUTTER FROSTING INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Put flour in a small sauce pan over medium heat & slowly whisk in the milk, whisk & cook until liquid is thick & small bubbles disappear. Remove from heat & allow to cool to room temperature. In a mixing bowl cream together butter & sugar until fluffy, add vanilla then flour mixture. Beat on high until it is the consistency of whipped cream. Add small drop of food coloring (red, blue or green) until you get a light tent. Frost your cake.
