BURRITO EL GRANDE

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED:  Large heavy skillet with cover, wooden spoon for stirring, kitchen knife & cutting board, can opener, small bowls for assembling ingredients, measuring cup, tablespoon.

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 LB ground beef
bullet1 jar (16 oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Salsa
bullet1 chopped green bell pepper
bullet1 cup minute rice
bullet1 can (16 oz) Tao Bell Home Originals Refried Beans, warmed
bullet6 Flour tortillas, 10-inch, warmed
bulletKraft Mexican style shredded cheese to taste
bulletShredded lettuce to taste
bulletChopped tomato to taste
bulletSlice black olives  to taste
bulletSour Cream, optional

DIRECTIONS:  Using a large skillet cook the beef until no longer pink, drain & add the salsa, bell pepper & bring to a boil.  Stir in the rice, cover & cook 5 minutes.  Divide the warmed beans between each tortilla spreading down the center.  Top the beans with the meat mixture then cheese, lettuce, olives & tomato.  Fold the top & bottom about 1-inch over the filling then fold over the sides to enclose the filling.  Serve with a spoonful of sour cream on the side.
