INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Boil Brussels sprouts in a large pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Remove & place into a dish of ice water for 5 minutes, drain & set aside. Using a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil & sausage. Cook until it becomes crisp & sausage is cooked, add the onion & garlic, continue to cook until onion is translucent, increase the heat & add the Brussels sprouts. Sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chicken broth & cook 5 minutes or until liquid has reduced to about 1/4 cup, add the butter & cook 3 minutes. Season to taste.
