BROCCOLI
SLAW
INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 cups packaged broccoli slaw or 3 cups shredded broccoli stalks, no
florets |
 | 1/2 cup shredded carrots (if not packaged product) |
 | 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (if not packaged product) |
 | 8 oz lemon yogurt |
 | 1 Tbsp soy sauce |
 | 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (or white rice vinegar) |
 | 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds |
 | 1 red apple, cored & chopped |
DIRECTIONS: Combine all
ingredients, mixing well.
SERVING: 4
TIME: 5-10 min
SERVING TIPS: If
prepared in advance, mix all ingredients & refrigerate.
