BRISKET 2 INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Brown the meat in a heavy pot. Add onions & continue to brown over medium heat. Add the wine, water & prunes & reduce to a simmer, add salt & pepper, cover & simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove roast from the pot. Skim the fat from the sauce. Slice the meat & arrange on a platter topped with the prune gravy. SERVINGS: 8 TIME: 3 hours BRISKET 3 |
