BRISKET 1

INGREDIENTS:

bullet1 good cut brisket of beef
bullet1 cup ketchup
bullet1 Pkg onion soup mix
bullet4 medium onions, sliced
bullet10 oz ginger ale, at room temperature
bullet1/2 cup red wine (Kosher)

DIRECTIONS:  Using a Dutch oven line the sliced onions then top with the brisket.  Add ketchup, onion soup mix, ginger ale & wine & cook 2 1/2 hours or until fork tender.  Cool & slice.  Drain off liquid & use to make gravy.
