BRISKET 1
INGREDIENTS:
 | 1 good cut brisket of beef |
 | 1 cup ketchup |
 | 1 Pkg onion soup mix |
 | 4 medium onions, sliced |
 | 10 oz ginger ale, at room temperature |
 | 1/2 cup red wine (Kosher) |
DIRECTIONS: Using a Dutch oven line the sliced onions then top with
the brisket. Add ketchup, onion soup mix, ginger ale & wine & cook
2 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Cool & slice. Drain off liquid
& use to make gravy.
