BRISKET INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS: Combine dry ingredients & rub the brisket all over with the liquid smoke. Place brisket in baking pan, fat side up & sprinkle dried spices over the top. Cover tightly & bake 4 hours at 275 F or until roast is very tender. Scrape off the seasoning & let sit until juices settle, don't be in a hurry. Cut against the grain into very thin slices & enjoy. SERVINGS: 6-8 TIME: 4 hours SERVING TIPS: Great on onion rolls with BARBEQUE SAUCE or in the buffet line. BRISKET
