BREAD STUFFING
INGREDIENTS:
 | 12 cups bread cubes, toasted |
 | 1 1/2 LB sausage, cooked, drained & crumbled |
 | 4 stalks celery, diced |
 | 1 cup melted butter |
 | 3-4 onions, chopped |
 | 1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
 | 2 1/4 tsp salt |
 | 2 tsp poultry seasoning |
 | 1/2 tsp pepper |
 | 3 eggs, beaten |
 | dried sage to taste, optional |
DIRECTIONS: Using a large pot combine
onions & celery with 2 Tbsp melted butter & cook until onions are soft,
add the parsley & seasonings, mix well. Pour this mixture over the
bread cubes, add the egg & remaining butter mixing well. Stuff your
turkey.
SERVINGS: Stuff's a 10-14 LB turkey
