BREAD PUDDING INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS: Combine pudding ingredients mixing well. Pour into a buttered 9 x 12 baking pan & into a 350 F (176.67 C) NOT preheated & bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until top is golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by creaming the butter & sugar over medium heat, until butter is absorbed. Remove from heat & blend in the egg yoke then add the bourbon mixing well. It will thicken as it cools. Serve sauce over individual servings of the pudding. SERVING: 6-8 BREAD PUDDING |
