BEAN DIP  

INGREDIENTS:

bullet2 cans (15 oz each) refried beans
bullet1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
bullet1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
bullet3/4 cup sour cream
bullet1/4 cup diced green onion
bullet1/4 cup diced tomato
bullet1/4 cup chopped black olives
bulletHot pepper sauce to taste, optional

DIRECTIONS:  Combine beans & cheese in a baking dish mixing well.  Bake at 350 F (176.67 C) for 20 minutes or until hot.  Top with sour cream then each in order of the onion, tomato & olives.  Serve warm.  Note:  Add the optional hot pepper sauce to the beans & cheese if desired.

SERVINGS:  6                                TIME:  30 minutes

SERVING TIPS:  Serve with tortilla chips.
